After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing a personal Track & Trace link. This allows you to follow your package every step of the way.


We ship globally — with full CO₂ compensation — and delivery takes an average of 5 to 9 business days.


If your order hasn’t arrived within this window, please reach out to us promptly. We can only initiate an investigation with the courier within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.

  3. Do this within 1–3 days of receiving the package
